I jsut started using the program and created an upload form for my website.  The form works fine and when I log in to retrieve the file, it shows up in the 'submissions' page but when i click on it to view it and/or download it says there's an error and the file can't be read or is not there.

Has anyone experienced similar problems?

Please try to upload a smaller sized file and see if this makes any difference. If you manage to upload a small file, than most likely the problem is with your server limitations on the maximum allowed file size for uploads. To increase the server value, please advise your system administrator.

If you do not manage to upload a small file via the form, you are welcome to contact PHPForms support team - support at phpforms.net - for any help.

Thank you.

uploding of small jpegs has continued to fail.  As well as support team attempts to fix the situation.  Hopefully they will be able to tinker around and fix that up.  I will post a final outcome here for anyone who may be able to use the information.

Hi, I believe that the problem was with the settings for your file upload field.  The thing is that you need to specify the maximum file size in bytes, not kilobytes. For instance, if you need a maximum size for
upload in 1 MB, you should enter 1000000 in the field. If in the field "Max File Size" zero is indicated, then the server default value is used.

Currently this functionality is absent in PHPForms package, but our developers can customise it specially for you. We can provide you with calendar in German or in any other language you wish at favorable price and time terms.

Try uploading small file, if success then most likely the problem is with your server limitation on uploading files.
