Hello,

I'm trying to install PHPFoms Pro. I installed it fine at first, then I realize I made some error and deleted everything to do a clean install. Now when trying to do the clean install, I keep getting the following error when accessing the install.php file.  I've checked all the permissions and re-uploaded all the files and I still get this error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Fatal error: Corrupted encoded data detected in /nfs/c01/h12/mnt/3871/domains/MY_DOMAIN/html/install.php on line 0

I finally got it to work, but now I can't get any of the images to show up in the admin.  I've changed all the permissions to 777 and I'm still getting forbidden when trying to load the images. Any ideas?

strange, it was this /cnk-admin/.htaccess file that was preventing the images from loading, it had these settings. After removing it, it worked, but not sure if it has any other implications (at least I haven't noticed any yet.)

Options -All -Multiviews
Order deny,allow
Allow from all

Hello majamaki,

Yes, this .htaccess file doesn't work correctly on some hosting server. You can delete these files:
cnk-admin\.htaccess
cnk-admin\idx\display\i\.htaccess
to enable all images and css styles.

I have EXACTLY this issue - so what do you do to FINALLY get it to work? Cry

Just keep reuploading in binary mode? What?

Thanks ahead of time.

P.S. - there is nothing in the installation PDF that mentions the word BINARY - would have been helpful - duh.

Hello bettyt456

All files must be uploaded to your server only in BINARY MODE
Please try reupload it and if there still be errors, attach screenshots of them to the message
