Whenever I add a date field to a form and edit it to put month before day of the week and to eliminate the hours and seconds, these changes are not saved. I have to manually edit the code in order to make the changes.

Can you fix this?

Hello,

This is a problem related to the configuration of your server... try to move month before day of the week but in the end did not press the button "Save"

I have tried it both ways -- clicking the save button and not clicking the save button. It makes no difference -- either way the changes I make in the date/time fields are not preserved.

Frankly, I find it pretty incredible that the problem is something to do with my server. I don't have this problem with saving any other edits in PHPForms. Why would the server only have a problem with this date field format? Not logical.

You can enable Captcha image in form's options page. It's available in Pro and Members versions of PHPForms. In Basic version you can only buy this feature as an add-on.
