HELP! Need Extra Product Subscription Terms (1 month + 6 months + 12 months

Hi, I've just downloaded the Pro trial, and am trying to create a form for advertising on my website.

I have 3 different subscriptions

1 for monthly
1 for 6 months
1 for yearly

When I try to create the Paypal payment portion of the form, I can enter all three of the products, but when I click next it only allows 1 space to put in the subscription term - is there another way to add two more so that all three subscriptions will work?

You can set this in wizard of PayPal field on page "Select Product Type"
You must select "Multiple Products"
This is a description - "User will be able to select one or many products to make payment. It will be shown as checkbox options on the form page."

I tried all of the different functions and each one of them only has one subscription term - I need 3 terms - one for each subscription

If they choose the monthly subscription, it should tell Paypal that it is to be charged monthly
If they choose the 6 month subscription, it should tell Paypal that it is to be charged every 6 months
If they choose the yearly subscription, it should tell Paypal that it is to be chargede yearly.

Also, why are you not able to have more than one Payment button - if there was this availability, then I could make a button for each subscription and I would be able to set the term for each one.

In that case you can simply create 3 forms with different subscription terms and put their buttons near to each other

3 forms?  Would they all have to have their signup info as well, or can I make just the payment button part? Would that work?

There is 3 ways:
1) Signup info must be for each of them. In that case signup info will be stored in database or sended via email.
For example you can put them under each other, and user will choose on what term he want to subscribe
2) If you don`t need his info, you can create 3 forms with just Payment field, change their submit buttons value and put them near each other.
3) We can customize PHPForms for you, so you can be able to create forms with many Payment fields on it.
