Description
Tag <LI> defines a certain element of the list. The external tag <UL> or <OL> defines the form of the list, whether it is labeled or numbered.

TYPE Parameter
Description
Defines the marker form. The marker type and its value depends on the external package <UL> or <OL>.

Arguments
For the labeled list the markers can be of three forms: circle, circumference or square.
Numbered lists are the numbers of elements with their serial numbers. Form and type of numbering depends on parameters of the tag <OL>, which is used for making a list. The following values can be used as markers:
  • capital Latin letter;
  • lowercase Latin letters;
  • capital Roman numbers;
  • lowercase Roman numbers;
  • Arabic numbers.

Description
VALUE parameter defines a number the list will be beginning with. Attribute value is used only for numbered lists, when tag <LI> is in the package <OL>.
