An e-mail address used for form's sending is not displayed anywhere on the page and spammers can't track your email. You can protect your form with CAPTCHA as well.

This information can be changed in the Mail Template section. Choose a template. There you will see the message that the users get after their submission. Enter required e-mail address into the From Email field.

PHP Forms Hosted version is a web-service which stores both your forms and theis submits on our highly-reliable servers, we also provide some additional features like forms appearance customizing and statistics. The only restrictions of your account are those of your account plan limitations.

The only required thing is connection with Internet and proper version of browser. Also to create and manage forms you need to have JavaScript supported.

Your information will be stored as long as your account exists. If you delete some entry or your account, at the same time this information is deleted from our servers.

No, the duration of our collaboration depends on you and only on you. You can delete your account and data any time you want.

If you use free plan, your forms will contain link to PHPForms. Using payed plan allows you to create forms containing no additional information, such as link to our site.

Yes, using one account you can create forms on more than one domain.
