PHPForms is a solution to make form creation as easy as its submission. It provides graphical interface for editing forms layouts and stores both forms and their submissions. It is a web-based product, in other words it needs to be installed to the hosting platform with databases.

To run the product your hosting platform has to correspond the following demands. It should be Unix/Linux Apache server with mod_rewrite engine on and PHP 4.x – 5.x, MySQL 4.1 or later installed.
