2.4 Managing submissions
Submissions management page consists of two sections: Form Browsing panel and Entries Table.
Form Browsing panel contains Form Browsing control and options to perform to form which is currently selected: Edit,View, Get code, Delete.
Form Browsing control shows the number of forms available, name of the form which is being selected and the number of its entries. Clicking on 'My Forms' link expands the list of the forms.
By selecting any of the list items, its entries will be shown in the Entries Table.
The very first row of Entries table contains Fields view control, set of filters and option to backup the data.
Field view control defines the set of form-field to enumerate in the table.
Field entries are displayed in the corresponding cells of the table. Form attachments (entries of Upload a file fields) are displayed as links to the files.
2.4.1 Filtering Settings
While watching entries list you can filter entries by the text or by the day of submission. When you enter the text in the filter you will be shown only the entries containing this text. When you click on the dates field you get a calendar to mark a day of submission or to enter it by yourself in YYYY-MM-DD format.
2.4.2 Submissions Viewing
By clicking on the entry you can see all the values of fields had been entered (or checked), “print” an entry button and “delete” an entry button.
You can add a comment or view comments while watching through an entry. To make a comment you have to enter its text in “Add a Comment” field, enter your name in “Name” field and click on “Save Comment” button.
2.4.4 Data Export
You can make a backup file and download it by clicking “Export data” button and selecting data format (CSV or SQL). After this a new item will appear in Admin settings → Backups.
