3.1 Predefined Lists

Predefined Lists are separately-stored sets of options of multiple selection widget (Check Boxes, Radio Buttons, etc).
Predefined Lists tab consists of Predlists Catalogue and Predlist Details Area.



Predlists Catalogue enumerates available Predlists, it also contains Predlist Counter, button to add new Predlist and option to delete a predlist. When you click on a certain Predlist Catalogue element, its details are displayed.
Predlist Details Area displays the name of the Predlist in and lists its items in a table. It also has an option to edit a Predlist.

3.1.1 List editing

Right after you click on Edit button on Predlist Details Area, a set of controls to manage the Predlist is shown. You can fill and submit the form. Right after the submit button is clicked Saving in process message appears; it disappears as soon as the changes are applied.



Set of controls to manage a Predlist are divided into Predlist Preferences and Predlist Items Table.
Predlist Preferences consist of several controls.
You can enter the name of Predlist into the List Name field and specify the number of items to add to the Predlist. You click Up the list button to add them before the existing one or Down the list to place them after.

Predlist Items Table is used to manage the order and the values of Predlist Items. You can fill title and value fields, click Delete link to delete the whole item, drag-n-drop the items to order them.
