By using our service PHPForms you agree with all terms and conditions of its use. Please, read it carefully.

• You agree that you will not use our service in purpose to break any kind of law or regulation.
• Keeping your passwords confidential is your sole responsibility. Also you are responsible for all activities occurring under your account and password. In the case of unauthorized use of your account you should report us about it, and at the same moment it is important to change your password.
• If you use our service, you should keep the following rule: it is forbidden to transmit, upload or spread in some way any kind of information which turns out to be harassing, illegal, obscene, making conscious harm to any individual or group of people or promoting bigotry and racism.
• Your agree not to use it for any kind of solicitation, such as SPAM, chain letters, junk mail, abusing advertising, etc.
• If we recognize your account used for SPAM, it will be terminated at the same time.
• If we make some changes in our product, you will be notified about it by personal email or by placing this information at our web site as a content.
• Rights for all kind of your information that becomes available while using our service remains yours. We don't claim any type of ownership.
• If you are using free plan and your account is not active during six months and more, it will be terminated. Inactive account means the kind of account where user doesn't log into PHPForms administration tool and doesn't receive form submissions during certain time period. In this case before closing your account you will receive notification letter about it to the email address specified in your account.
• While using free plan you should agree that PHPForms will place its logo or a link to its site on all forms created by you.

Sometimes these Terms may be changed by us. It is sole or absolute discretion of Company. These changes will be mentioned on Company's web site.
